Hey Listers! We heard your feedback and have made changes to our LuxyCredits feature to make it even easier for you to treat yourself to the luxuries you deserve.
Previously, LuxyCredits could be redeemed by contacting our Gift Support Squad and requesting a purchase. Now you can now simply treat yourself by shopping from your own LuxyList and spending your available LuxyCredits at checkout.
This means you no longer need to email us. To spend credits:
- Log into your account
- Browse your LuxyList
- Select gifts to purchase by clicking “Treat Myself”
- Checkout using your LuxyCredits
Any LuxyCredits you have in your account will automatically be applied to your purchase.
